As Pin Point Recruitment has grown and developed from a £300,000 to £10m business, the Company has diversified into other sectors, such as the supply of temporary and permanent placements to Manufacturing, Commercial, Construction FMCG, Food/Beverage, Engineering, Call Centres and Local Authorities.
To support this rapid and sustained growth, the Company policy has been to invest in the development of its staff. This has allowed each individual consultant to take ownership of their own portfolio of clients, forming the strong relationships vital to any successful business.
