In 1998 Pin Point Recruitment was established to supply technical and professional staff to Nissan Manufacturing UK's supply chain in the North East of England.

As Pin Point Recruitment has grown and developed from a £300,000 to £10m business, the Company has diversified into other sectors, such as the supply of temporary and permanent placements to Manufacturing, Commercial, Construction FMCG, Food/Beverage, Engineering, Call Centres and Local Authorities.

To support this rapid and sustained growth, the Company policy has been to invest in the development of its staff. This has allowed each individual consultant to take ownership of their own portfolio of clients, forming the strong relationships vital to any successful business. They have also been encouraged to enhance our services via personal and professional development, rather than via target driven sales, which now in turn supports the self-motivated and honest approach we take to the business of recruitment.
