Contract Appointments

As head count demands are an integral part of a company business strategy, some companies have a requirement for short-term staffing. Pin Point Recruitment are able to source available candidates for you to employ direct or use the Pin Point Recruitment Payroll Service. Pin Point Recruitment also have partnerships with various composite companies which allows cost effective solutions for all parties.

Fee Structure

Our fees are based on an agreed percentage of salary. For more complex services such as headhunting, we charge a deductible retainer. Bought-in services such as advertising are invoiced as an additional expense. This enables us to build in the costs we are incurring as the work-load increases but maintain the concept of one fee for all basic recruitment work.
