Pin Point Recruitment has dedicated recruitment teams around the country supplying staff to District Service Organisations within a number of Local Authorities. We are a recruitment company that really understands how the Public Sector operates and the statutory and contractual undertakings which must be observed when supplying staff.

We supply teams of staff to our Local Authority clients, which can involve for example recruiting up to 150 staff for the start of the Grounds Maintenance season.

In order to proactively manage these contracts on a daily basis, we nominate a dedicated Client Service Manager to each contract. They will often be located on the client's premises in order to deal with day-to-day staff management and recruitment needs. Otherwise they will be located nearby, but will spend a large amount of their time on-site.

It is this 'Hands-On' approach which has built our reputation for supplying a very high quality service to the Public Sector.
