Response Time
We aim to update you within an hour if you have an urgent requirement

High Quality Candidates
We aim to supply you with high calibre candidates who are fully referenced and skill assessed ensuring we place the right people.

Customer Service Review
To ensure that we are meeting and exceeding your requirements we offer you a customer satisfaction review on a 3 or 6 monthly basis. We encourage regular formal meetings between our clients and dedicated account managers to ensure key issues are discussed, performance is reviewed and concerns/successes are communicated.

Payment on results
We will advertise your position, resource candidates, fully reference check them, hold in-depth interviews and ensure you are only receiving CVs from suitable candidates. You are not invoiced until the candidate starts work with you, so you have everything to gain and nothing to lose.
