Advertising Selection

Pin Point Recruitment have Media partners who offer the whole advertising solution. Pin Point Recruitment will then project manage the advertisement process and select suitable applicants.

Contract Appointments

As head count demands are an integral part of a company business strategy, some companies have a requirement for short-term staffing. Pin Point Recruitment are able to source available candidates for you to employ direct or use the Pin Point Recruitment Payroll Service.

Fee Structure

Our fees are based on an agreed percentage of salary. For more complex services such as headhunting, we charge a deductible retainer. Bought-in services such as advertising are invoiced as an additional expense. This enables us to build in the costs we are incurring as the work-load increases but maintain the concept of one fee for all basic recruitment work.
