For example, EVERY new starter on their first day is met on site by a Client Manager. They are taken through an induction process, introduced to the relevant staff and monitored on a daily basis.

Our Client Managers spend a great deal of their time on client sites, dealing with day-to-day temporary staff management issues.

Our Client Managers will collate all temp hours over the course of the weekend to ensure that timesheets are with the relevant Line Manager on Monday morning to be checked and authorised.
