E-Commerce Administrator


  • £23,500 per annum

  • Cramlington

  • 38 hours per week

  • Monday to Thursday / 8am – 4:30pm

  • Friday / 8am - 2pm

  • Potential hybrid WFH option available after first month


A leading furniture manufacturer based in Cramlington is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented administrator to join their team.


You will play a key role in the daily management of online sales channels across multiple categories, providing essential administrative support to the account management team.


Key Tasks:

  • Manage and enhance product listings across various sales channels

  • Collaborate with digital teams on pricing, inventory and product details

  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and service inquiries

  • Analyse sales data to improve profitability with the commercial team

  • Upload new products, maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

  • Conduct daily product checks and provide trading performance reports


Experience:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role is essential

  • Good educational background in numeracy, literacy, and ICT

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically Excel

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and reliability

  • Strong communication skills with a proactive approach

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning new technologies
