E-Commerce Administrator
£23,500 per annum

38 hours per week
Monday to Thursday / 8am – 4:30pm
Friday / 8am - 2pm
Potential hybrid WFH option available after first month
A leading furniture manufacturer based in Cramlington is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented administrator to join their team.
You will play a key role in the daily management of online sales channels across multiple categories, providing essential administrative support to the account management team.
Key Tasks:
Manage and enhance product listings across various sales channels
Collaborate with digital teams on pricing, inventory and product details
Monitor and respond to customer feedback and service inquiries
Analyse sales data to improve profitability with the commercial team
Upload new products, maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
Conduct daily product checks and provide trading performance reports
Experience:
Prior experience in an administrative role is essential
Good educational background in numeracy, literacy, and ICT
Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically Excel
Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and reliability
Strong communication skills with a proactive approach
Self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning new technologies
