Finance Business Partner | Impact-Driven | Part-Time
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Salary: £40,000 (Pro-rata)
Hours: Flexible (20–25 hours per week)
A well-established manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to become the bridge between data and strategy.

In this autonomous role, you won't just be "doing the books" - you will be a visible, influential partner to the leadership team, providing the commercial insight that drives growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate directly with Directors to shape financial planning and performance.
Commercial Insight: Identify opportunities to sharpen margins and boost operational efficiency.
Full-Cycle Finance: Own the production of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
Control & Excellence: Maintain and evolve robust financial controls to ensure the business stays agile.
What you will bring to the team:
Experienced: You have a proven track record in a similar role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or an SME environment.
Qualified (or QBE): You are a Qualified or Qualified by Experience accountant.
A Natural Communicator: You can translate complex data into actionable advice for non-finance stakeholders.
Hands-on & Proactive: You enjoy the variety of a small, collaborative team and aren't afraid to dive into the details.
