Operations Administrator

  • £17,000 - £20,000 DOE
  • Mon – Friday: 37.5 hrs per week
  • Gateshead

Pin Point Recruitment are currently looking for a number of Operations Administrators to join a maintenance organisation on a full-time, temporary basis. The ideal candidates should be able to work proactively within a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and diligent team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering departmental administrative support daily
  • Providing excellent customer service ability
  • Being the first point of contact for all clients and enquiries
  • Taking calls from clients & logging requests
  • Maintaining job schedules
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Allocating work where appropriate
  • Organising meetings/Recording minutes
  • Corresponding through all channels of communication
  • Ordering & preparing invoices

Person Specification:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • ICT proficient: Microsoft office
  • Good level of education
