Many of our students have SEND needs and require dedicated 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 support. While experience is not necessary, we are looking for individuals who are passionate, caring, and resilient.
Why Join Us?
Our School: We pride ourselves on maintaining a small, close-knit community where every pupil is seen and heard. Our teachers spend quality time with each group, fostering an environment where students are eager to learn, achieve, and exhibit positive behaviour.
Our Approach: We implement an all-through backward plan curriculum aimed at driving excellence in every year group. Our expertly crafted scaffolding lessons ensure that all SEND students can access the curriculum. When additional support is needed, students receive targeted interventions in small groups.
