Rate of pay £20.18 per hour
Full-time | Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm | Friday 8:00am–2:30pm
On-Call & Additional Benefits
Monthly on-call rota with a £100 call-out bonus (paid whether called out or not)
Minimum 4 hours paid per call-out, even if the job takes less time
Van and tools provided
An established Facilities Management provider in the North East is seeking a Time Served Electrician to join their team. The business delivers a wide range of services including air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and catering equipment support to a diverse client base.
This is a site-based position involving:
Electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs
Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults
Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance
Ensuring compliance with current safety standards and regulations
Working collaboratively to meet service deadlines
What We’re Looking For
Time Served Electrician
Experience in electrical work, maintenance, and repair
Fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Good understanding of electrical engineering principles
Relevant electrical qualifications/certifications
Experience within facilities management or similar sector
