Dedicated Onsite Account Manager
A dedicated Account Manager will be onsite to handle the day to day running of the contract, including inducting new staff, running drop-ins for staff and meeting with management to ensure KPIs are met.
Candidate Attraction Campaigns
From headhunting, networking, online job board advertising and social media campaigns, we leave no stone unturned to source the best candidates in the industry.
Screening and Compliance
We screen and vet candidates to ensure the details on their CV are correct, their qualifications are legitimate and that they have full rights to work in the UK.
Staff Inductions
Our Account Managers will fully immerse themselves in the roles they are recruiting for so that we can conduct employee inductions. Inductions will set out clear expectations, standards and procedures from day one.
KPIs
Working in partnership with your management team we will devise a set of KPIs to ensure consistently high staffing quotas, low absence, and high staff attrition.
Drug and Alcohol Testing
When required we can complete drug and alcohol testing for employees.
Payroll
We will complete all time sheets and payroll in line with NI, tax and holiday pay.
Aftercare
Your dedicated Account Manager will meet with your regularly onsite and via Teams to discuss KPIs, recruitment quotas and any other concerns.
