£12.21 – £14.16 per hour
Days - £484.25 per week (before tax) opportunity to earn more through OT
Lates - £564.64 per week average (before tax) opportunity to earn more through OT
Amounts based on full 37hrs per week plus 2 hrs OT
We’re recruiting Production Operatives to join a leading global automotive manufacturer with over a century of industry expertise. Known for innovation and excellence, our client’s modern facility is expanding production — and they need reliable team members to start immediately.
The Role
You’ll be part of a fast-paced manufacturing team, responsible for:
Using specialist tools such as air tools, spray guns, and hog rings to produce high-quality components
Performing visual quality checks on your own work
Following all health & safety procedures at all times
Working collaboratively to ensure smooth plant operations
Shifts & Pay
This is a two-shift rotation:
Days: 07:00 – 15:15 – £12.21/hour
Lates: 16:35 – 00:50 – £14.16/hour
Flexibility to work both shifts and overtime is essential.
What We’re Looking For
Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable, but full training is provided
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills
