Our client’s modern facility has a packed order book, and they’re looking for motivated Production Operatives to start immediately for long-term work.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you’ll:
Use specialist tools such as air tools, spray guns, and hog rings to produce high-quality automotive products
Carry out visual quality checks on your own work
Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
Work closely with your team to keep production running smoothly
Shifts
You’ll work on a three-shift rotation:
Days: 7am – 3pm
Lates: 3pm – 11pm
Nights: 11pm – 7am
Flexibility to work all shifts and overtime is required.
What We’re Looking For
Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential – full training is provided
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
