Pay: £13.37 per hour
Job Description:
We're hiring Royal Mail Delivery Drivers to deliver parcels and letters in and around Witney. You'll be provided with a van by Royal Mail.
Duties
Deliver mail and packages to designated addresses in a timely manner.
Sort and organise mail prior to delivery, ensuring accurate distribution.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any issues that may arise.
Assist in the loading and unloading of mail from vehicles, which may involve heavy lifting.
Experience
Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred, with a valid driving licence but not essential as currently this is a walking role.
Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, as it aids in understanding logistics.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the loading and unloading of mail.
Manual UK Driving Licence
