Did you know that Pin Point Health and Social Care now offer NAPPI training?
NAPPI training refers to Non-Abusive Psychological and Physical Intervention training.
It’s a structured program designed to help professionals—often in healthcare, social care, and education—safely manage challenging, aggressive, or potentially violent behaviours.
The course is a mixture of textbook and practical learning and takes place over three days, delivered by our in-house trainer Colleen Stenhouse at our Gateshead head office.
